The Gr"attitude" Challenge Workbook is designed to complement Dr. Chapman’s audio CD collection. The Workbook can also be purchased separately.
This audio CD collection is part of the curriculum for Dr. Chapman’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) classes which are taught in Scarborough at the Mindfulness Meditation Clinic of Southern Maine. In Volume One, Dr. Chapman introduces mindful breathing, the attitudes of mindfulness, informal mindfulness practices and the body scan. In Volume Two, she introduces sitting meditation, the Gr"attitude" Challenge, loving kindness meditation and silent meditation with bells.
Dr. Chapman's audio CD collection is part of the curriculum for our eight-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) class.
